I have Motorola S10-HD Bluetooth headphones with a D670 stereo adapter. The adapter plugs into my iPod Nano 5th generation (with the click wheel). I cannot find any information anywhere to determine if the current 6th generation Nano works with the S10-HD headphones and D670 stereo adapter. Can anyone confirm if this is possible?

Need to buy someone an iPhone 4S as a gift? Just ask them to please move to Canada, or anywhere else that unlocked iPhones are sold. I know I'm perfectly happy with my unlocked iPhone 4.

[yes, I realize there are unlocking workarounds in the US, but I bought my phone unlocked directly from Apple, which avoided the pain of dealing with a carrier's policy/procedures/bureaucracy/etc. -- a good thing, since Canadian carriers are every bit as evil as AT&T]

You've left out a VERY important feature of the iPod Classic: it can double as a portable hard drive. I don't have 40,000 songs to carry, but I do carry over 100GB of client files on the go.

No changes have been made to the headphone capability.

Why does Apple STILL use "128-kbps AAC-encoded songs" to make up the number of songs an iPod/iTouch device can hold?! Who the heck still uses that esp. when people are using better ear/headphones? NO ONE should be using less than 320k (256k files are BARELY acceptable!) bitrate files!

The iPhone is just a souped up iTouch. It's great for ALMOST everyone, just NOT the phone feature. Cr@ppy call quality and bad reception; many people have commented that they can't hear anything on their end or they can't hear what I'm saying! Cr@ppy phone! Apple doesn't know how to design the telephony feature of a phone!!

All other features are Adequate though the iPhone 4's sluggish web browsing loading times are ridiculously slow whether on 3G or Wifi. The small screen will really Kill your eyesight, hence the need to get a tablet!!

Can't wait until the 2 yr phone contract is over! Scr@w the iPhone 4 as I'll keep it just for the iTouch features and using Wifi! My SE phone, though older and smaller and UNLOCKED, has MUCH better call quality and reception!

Why buy Unlocked phone elsewhere? Like you said, go buy Unlocked version directly from Apple since the Unlocked phones elsewhere are just AS pricey considering the exchange rates!

Problem is... iPhone is matched to the frequency of certain carriers so ATT is the ONLY carrier that is GSM based while Verizon is CDMA based in the USA.
If you go to T-Mobile, you can NOT use their 3G/4G network as the technology is not compatible so owner would have to settle for Wifi use for online usage.
I'm from T-Mo so I know before switching over to ATT. Can't wait for my 2 yr ATT plan to expire!

Unlocking the iPhone in USA is a "software" lock usually via Jailbreaking the phone. Once an iOS update is available, that jailbreak feature is gone until it's updated as well to unlock the iPhone using the updated iOS. Vicious cycle.

Anyone know if ATT will Provide you the Unlocking code WHEN you ask them for it AFTER your 2 yr contract has expired?
I don't think ATT will provide that for you as ATT wants to keep you locked up for life through their network!

I have at least one of everything and use (and love) them all, but they will have to pry my Classic from my cold dead hands. I now have 3 and love they can be used as a hard drive (yet one more reason). What a workhorse.

Personally I think your best bet on price and user experience is to buy an iPod nano and an iPhone 5. This is because the iPod shuffle doesn't have a display and once you have 50 songs or more; like me and a lot of others you will start to find it difficult to find selected songs. Also if you want to listen to music while going for a run or bike ride the iPod nano is much easier to just plop in your pocket and go rather then worry about your iPhone getting lost or broken. Also if you have an iPhone the iPod touch is not worth getting just so you can have music on it, buy the iNano.
