Interesting concept. Videos on developer's site don't work.

I just watched both videos. They work fine. Maybe a plug-in issue you're experiencing?

I have to say this is a fantastic idea. After seeing the videos, I can see a lot of thought went into how this product should work from the developers. Nice job! I can see uses for it for casual artists that don't want to carry a wacom tablet around. Apple just needs to make even larger trackpads on future MacBooks for this to become even more useful.

Hmmm. $25 for the software and $15 for a Pogo Stylus, when you can get a Bamboo Pen tablet for $50.

I suppose if you want to reduce the number of devices this might be worth it. Otherwise I am betting the Wacom tablets offer far more for an extra $10 investment.

I'm not sure the Pogo stylus is an absolute requirement to use the software, but obviously you'll get much better results using one than not. If Ten 1 was smart, they'd offer up a bundle of the software + pogo stylus for a discount, since many buyers would want a stylus to go with the sw.
Beyond that, I think this is worth it if you only need casual drawing capability. If you use your MacBook on a desk most of the time, then yeah, the Bamboo is definitely the better deal, since it can just be connected all the time tucked away in a corner, ready for you when you need it. For road warriors, this software has much more value. Why lug around a Bamboo tablet in your laptop bag, have to pull it out and connect it if you want to make a scribble drawing or something?

I have a Wacom Bamboo tablet and can see how this might be useful (in a limited way) when you're on the go and can't set up a tablet where you are.

There is a bundle for both the program and the pen for $34.95. I think I'm going to try it out.

I tried the demo. I'm an artist and this seems quite unworkable to even draw simple drawings. Aside from the fact that the finger mode is quite useless, dragging the pen lightly to keep track of where the cursor is, is a pain. Played with adjusting all sensitivity settings. Holding the space bar to go into drawing mode is a bit better. Switching back and forth to change tools in whatever graphics program is awkward. Didn't work with Photoshop CS3. I don't see how this gives much advantage over simply using the trackpad as is. I'm going to look into a PC tablet with Photoshop.
