I will assume, hopefully not foolishly, that since this article is for MacWorld and the requirements on Creative's site state [after the Wintel options] Mac OS X 10.5 or above, that the software is in feature-parity between OSes?
Mac OS X 10.7.x/Quad-Core Xeon 3520 2.66GHz
4GB RAM/640GB HDD/2 SuperDrives/ATI Radeon HD 5870

I think that is what he meant when he said "Lots of World of Warcraft players are on Macs, and they'll be thrilled to know that Creative's official WoW headset is fully Mac compatible, with the same configuration software and features as the PC software, right out of the box."

I believe the software is feature-parity between OSes but that's assuming you can get the Audio Control Panel to even work on the Mac. A number of users of this headset like myself are unable to get the provided ACP app to even load. The ACP app claims that "The audio device (headset) supported by this application cannot be detected" and will close even though the headset is plugged in, recognized in System Profiler and working fine with audio blasting away. Even the most updated drivers released on 19 Apr 10 fails to fix this issue (on all 3 of my Macs). Apart from software issues, this headset works as advertised although I find the operating range somewhat wanting.
