The new "hot" and "update" badges look better on the iPad than on Safari on Windows (where they look like an April Fool's joke). I still don't like them.

Win.
The best picture in this collection? The picture of the Youtube app. You've received limitless kudos from me for watching Potter Puppet Pals.
second best picture: the calender app. It's beautifully designed and so far looks like the most usable calendar app I've. Using Calendar on iPhone and iCal on mac is still a bit of a pain for me, but iPad has it down.

Wait, so on the WiFi model you can use the maps app at home or anywhere with wifi, plot a route, jump in the car and even though it is offline, the iPad will retain the list of various go to steps and cache the visuals / map imagery for the rest of the route? So you can just tap your way through as you go?
That would actually be very sweet.

Re: "Taking notes (9 of 18)
Like the iPhone, the iPad's Notes app only lets you use the Marker Felt font."
Actually, there is a workaround to use another font: activate the Japanese input method, type any Japanese character, select again your input method and keyboard of choice and delete the Japanese character: now all you type in this note uses a much more thin and readable font, akin to Helvetica.
Not ideal, but it works very well for me. :-)

The calendar app looks awesome. Notice the bar at the bottom to quickly select another week: that's good thinking!
