This isn't new - this app for watching TV on your iPhone has been out for 3 months. Great app - can watch anything from your cable box satellite box over your iPhone/iPad live! HBO, etc..

It _is_ new that they are offering 3G streaming, which was the point of the article. Version 1.0 had a back door that allowed 3G streaming, but Apple forced them to remove it in a 1.0.1 release. Those of us who wanted that feature never upgraded to 1.0.1.
