Apple introduces iPhone 4

32GB will be a great upgrade for me -- and sounds like the pricing is going to be the same for both iPhone 4 as it is for the current 3GS series, which probably means a price drop in the works for those (we've already seen the 16GB 3GS go for $97 at WalMart). Now I've just got to wait till the 24th...well, at least that's after next payday.
As for Verizon, Apple may have issued a shot across the bow with the FaceTime only on WiFi for now...if AT&T doesn't get its act and network together, Apple may be looking for a loophole in that exclusivity agreement and taking the phone to additional carriers.

As a satisfied Apple and AT&T customer, I believe they are.

They really had to pull out something special to bury the myriad Android devices and I think they have. The Evo isn't looking quite so amazing now.

5 MP is point-and-shoot cameras is plenty crowded already. Putting that much in a phone is enough. There is a point of diminishing returns; like putting too many people on a bus, you can get them there but it's not going to be pretty once the trip is finished.
Is that your only reason for judging U.S. phones behind those from Japan?

Why are two volume controls "horrible"? Isn't that essentially what we have now, albeit in the form of a rocker switch?
