Other phones are using WiFi for tethering, so the phone becomes a WiFi router/hotspot (MiFi) and then you connect to it like any other WiFi. That would be the best method, since you wouldn't have to have a wire connection and you would get the full speed of WiFi and multiple laptops could connect to it.

Hi there i live in NZ, my sister lives in the UK and her iphone 4 screen broke, she got herself a new iphone and i asked for her old one because my mate said he could get the screen fixed just for 50 bucks! So my friend gets the iphone screen fixed but when i go to put in my sim card it says on itunes that THE SIM CARD INSERTED DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE SUPPORTED. ..... I suck with tech so i don't know what to do. Is there any way i can fix this?

I keep getting the following message on my phone.
This accessory is not optimised for this iphone.
YOu may experience noise caused by a cellular interference and a decrease in cellular signal strength.

Hi all iphone user.here i hv some quetion to ask all of u.After i jailbreak my iphone 4,i cannot restart my phone at all.when restart it will stuck on apple logo there..got which pro guy can help me to solve this problem?

when i plug in my iphone 4 to the car,the left side speakers do not work. I then tried the earbuds and again the left side earbud does not work. Please help me with this. I've tried using the buds that came with the phone,buds that ca me with my iphone 3...also i have tried different usb cords for the car...same thing no sound on the left side..please help

I dropped my i4 phone and now it does not have an audible ring. All I get when a call comes in is an accept or decline bar to tap. How do I get my phone back to a ring mode. I checked all the settings and they appear to be correct.

Just got the a new iphone 4 and want to use iCloud to restore the data from my iphone 3 but the "restore from iCloud back-up" option is not showing up on my phone. Please advise.

please help me, I have an Iphone 4 and I cannot hear anyone when I make calls, I cannot even hear the ringing when I'm making a call, but they can hear me. Also, it works perfectly fine on speaker phone.
