This sounded pretty cool so I followed the link to the company web page. I may be blind, but NOWHERE does it say in the product's description or specifications does it talk about "taking it off, washing in the sink, and putting back on" or being "re-washable" or "reusable". In fact, at the bottom of the page it states quite clearly at the bottom of the product page: "Note: Once applied, removing and reapplying iVisor multiple times may result in loss of adhesiveness."

What's the difference between washable and "re-washable?"

Unless something can only be washed exactly one time, washable and "re-washable" are synonyms -- the "re" is re-dundant.

Exactly! I noticed the same thing. I was thinking about ordering one, but I remembered those "washable" lint rollers that would lose their adhesiveness after multiple uses. For $30, the screen protector better last the lifetime of the iPad.

I'm really glad these screen protectors are coming to the market. The iPad's plastic screen gets scratched so easily. I don't understand why Apple didn't use something extremely hard like glass for the screen, cheapskates!

Are you being serious? The screen IS made of glass, tiborg.

Really? So the iPad screens are already highly scratch resistant and putting a piece of plastic film over them does little to improve that resistance? Thanks Gordon, you saved me a bunch of money!!!

On the product's website it says "iVisor can be cleaned and reapplied."

This review is sad. How much did Moshi pay you to write it? And from your wording it's pretty clear you haven't even tried it yourself.

Just sad.
