Sounds cool but there's not one mention of how the Hero connects to the host PC, or Mac in this case. USB? Does iMovie recognize the video and suck it in? How much storage does it have? I'm assuming it uses some flash based storage. Is it included or do you have to buy it? What's the battery like? The list goes on. This review is missing so many little details that are important. Yes, we can go locate these elsewhere, but would it have killed the reviewer to just include one paragraph with some of this information? There isn't even a link to the full product info to boot Come on guys. You can do better than this.

I personally attach this unit to my motorcycle helmet in all kinds of weather. I have added more memory then have needed 8 hrs. My macbook air is with me to connect with the enclosed cord no problem. The biggest problem is battery time at best 20-30 minuets maybe. Quality is great but not useful for my sport.

Ok first of all it is a usb port, rgb tv port and a hd tv port, it doesnt have an hdmi port like the hero 2. The battery is really good it lasts about 3 hours of being on and the memory is on an sd card you buy seperately. Before you get one though be sure to consider some things, i got mine from gopro and the first one didnt work, i talked to customer support and sent mine back then the replacement came about a month later and it wouldnt even turn on so i sent it back and that one wouldnt hook up to the tv, my dad went to cycle gear a store nearby that sells gopros and got one from there to give me while i kept sending mine back and cycle gear said if i had any camera problems to take it to them and they would trade cameras without me having to wait. I finally got both working cameras about 2 months after i first got one so if you do buy it try to get it from a store that will work with you like that.
