MacBook Air, 11-inch. Great. Hopefully, ligher and smaller model in the future as well.

Some great choices this year. Both those cameras are fabulous (S95 and NEX 5). You could have added the Panasonic LX5/Leica DLux 5 to the list.
MacBook Air, scrumptious too. Just needs a single fast interface.
Not so sure about a Kindle. The iPad is bad enough on it own.

I have do disagree with the statement "The Pogoplug Pro from Cloud Engines is an alternative to online storage". No it is not. The primary point of online storage is to have a backup of critical files that is not at your primary location. If your location has its backup files or drives destroyed, for example in a fire, you have an off-site backup you can use to restore your files. The Pogoplug Pro is strictly for sharing purposes over the net. Please do not call it an alternative to off-site backups, which is inferred in your statement.
Remember kids: The #1 Rule of Computing is "Make A Backup", both on and off-site.
