Help
Following a review in Macworld of this product I couldn't wait to own one the main attraction being that according to the review it would work with the iphone. I finally got one of these at Christmas only to find that it does not work with iphone at all. emails to the company of which I am a so called VIP elicit no response so it has been a very expensive waste of time.

It sounds like you may have received their old model. I bought the "plus" model at the Macworld Expo and mine does work with my iPhone and iPod. Maybe you just need the cord to attach yours to your iPhone?
