Can you recommend a good HD camcorder?

Can an iPhone 4 be teased into shooting video while streaming it in decent quality to another WiFi device at the same time?

Could an iPad receive it, live and perhaps record it?

Could multiple iPhones become remote cameras for a system like this?

You guys did a good job of keeping us informed, I only wish I could go, maybe next year

As you say it is great to be able to access prosumer gear and post-production facilities but for most people working in today's fast and furious, shoot it now or miss out scenarios the iPhone is always on hand.

What do you usually use for connectivity when you are on the road shooting? Do you use cellular service or in-house WiFi at the convention center? My challenge is having reliable connectivity. When you don't have a camera crew you can simply attach your iphone or small camcorder to a monopod like our XShot camera extender or other brands. You then can shoot your videos and interviews on the go and include yourself in them when you want to.
