I'm one of the biggest keyboard junkies I know, but didn't Apple definitively prove this wrong years ago (despite what keyboard junkies like me thought)?

I am so much more productive since I studied Sal Soghoian's book Applescript 1-2-3 and after I started using QuicKeys very seriously. They've saved me hundreds of hours of manual labor over the past year.

I think the mouse made things easier - not necessarily quicker. And, it depends on what you are doing.

Not quite. Paste is command-v. You still have command-p in there, which is for printing.

Mac OS X keyboard shortcuts
http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1343
A highly recommended read. The list seems to have grown (since whenever I checked years ago), so I may be able to stick to the keyboard a bit more as well. I've known my way around windows os without a mouse/critter; but can't say the same for OS X. With dialog boxes for instance, you always seem to have to use the mouse, to access the menu bar (ctrl-f2 actually), launch apps, etc. Maybe I was just missing out on full keyboard control (ctrl f1)?
