I had been using Semulov, which has similar functionality, but it looks like this may be a step up (especially with automatic stoppage of Time Machine)

Thanks for the review, Derik. I've been looking for something like this for a while...and purchased Undock literally within seconds of reading your review.

You're very welcome Yogi and thank you! I hope you like it as much as I do.

It it possible to specify that the Mac never mounts a particular drive, like the internal drive? That is useful when booting from external drives. And I do not mean just unmounting automatically the already mounted drive after rebooting or cold booting, but even preventing to mount it in the first place. Any way to do that? Thanks.

Now if only somebody would come up with a way to unplug attached drives from a SLEEPING MacBook, without the system nagging you when it wakes up about what a bad person you are for not ejecting the drives first.

I mean, come on, the system is sleeping! I hardly think there is unwritten data sitting in a buffer somewhere that's going to get lost if you don't (a) wake the system up, (B) eject the drives, and © put the system back to sleep before you can grab it and go.

big fan of donation-ware EJECTOR...more options, as in selecting specific disks to unmount, or just EJECT ALL

and no, i dont get percentage...just what i have been using for quite a while...

How is this different than simply drag selecting all the drives on the desktop that need to be ejected, and dragging them to the trash/unmount icon on the right side of the dock? I find this to be a very efficient way to unmount all drives simultaneously.
