Dragon Dictate eaten by Lion Microphone shuts off every few seconds

Using Dragon Dictate on new MBP with 4 GB ram. Worked fine until Lion installed and then unable to dictate. Mike turns off without reason. Turn it on again and it turns off in the middle of dictation.

I use Dragon daily but this is just untenable.

Any help would really be appreciated.

I have the same problem. Called Nuance support and they suggested setting auto sleep to "never" in Preferences>Recognition, But even that doesn't seem to work in Microsoft Word.

It does seem to work in Google Chrome as I'm using it to type this message.
