My prediction for the 4 Oct Apple event: a cameo appearance by Mr Jobs when Mr Cook does face time with him on the iPhone 5.

I expect iPhone 4s, 16,32,64gb, and same design as iPhone 4. Also a statement of direction about iPhone 5 being released sometime next year.

I hope you like this, but you probably wont:

iPhone 4S is the only phone being revealed today. It will NOT have a tear-drop design, but a very similar (if not identical) design to the iPhone 4. This iPhone 4S will have better GPS, 1 GB of RAM, and an 8-MegaPixel Camera (Thanks to Sony)...

Mark My Words! 2 hrs and 15 mins before the event.

My thoughts still lean towards an iPhone 4S 4T ... and not so much an iPhone 5.
But, I'm gladly saying that just to be proven wrong in a few hours

I still think that some of the rumors with cases etc were for the iPod Touch. For the rest, it could go either way. This is an Apple event. Prepare to be underwhelmed (lots of ormal evolutionary update stuff) and at the same time there is the excitement for that rabbit out of the hat one more thing moment. We'll know in a few hours. I'm not expecting them to have an all new design iPhone 5, but if they do; I'm sure a lot of people will want it.

Also thought that SJ may make an appearance in an iPhone test call or video.
