There have been rumors of Apple installing a Censoring "Copyright Guard" on their video and photo taking ability. Meaning if the phone gets a signal somehow, the ability to shoot video or pics is intentionally disabled. Meaning... if someone was protesting at say OCCUPY WALLSTREET and getting abused by the police, a bystander could not record the moment for history sake. Just saying, freedom of speech is a great thing and i would like a definitive answer that there are NO curtails on this.

I think they could have made the event a lot shorter, but this is still a big release. My guess is that the 4S is a stopgap until it makes sense to release an LTE phone, plus it was a chance for Tim Cook to lead a product release without Steve Jobs. My guess is he'll tweak the format a bit to suit his own style.
Also, they hadn't talked much about Siri. My suggestion would have been to cut out most of the iOS 5 preview since we already saw it. Focus on Siri, since that's the real deal, and it requires the extra processing power of the new phone.

I heard the same thing but it was his foot... I call BS. I've a;leo heard that the iPhone keeps it's camera on 24/7 and sends the video feed straight to OPI. There servers compare every face in every phone and also collect DNA. Get a life.

So basically, we got the iPhone 5 minus LTE, hence a 4S.
Meanwhile, if you're willing to take the battery life hit (or just carry a bigger phone with a bigger battery) there are plenty of Android devices out there. Apple just doesn't roll that way.
