Great! I've got icloud set up on my OSX Lion and my ipad. Now what do I do? How do I look at files that are on my IMac by using my ipad?

If this thread is still active......I've got a pretty basic question (new apple user) based on what I'm seeing here.
I've got a Mac running OS 10.7.4, and an IPad 3. Calendars are synching fine, but I just figured out how to turn on iCloud and move pictures to the Cloud, etc. However, I read how to move (save) documents to do the same, and made sure the "documents" iCloud setting is "on" for both devices....but when I go to save the document (in Pages), the iCloud "save to" location doesn't show up as an option. What am I doing wrong?
