There's one other quirk that gets me just about every time I Comment on something in Facebook.

When the keyboard is visible on the iPad 2 there is a button at the end of the comment to touch so as to post that comment. But if you touch the "hide keyboard" button the Post button at the end of the comment disappears. So I have to get the keyboard back to get the Post button back. This one messes with me every time ; )

Good review, but I was disappointed that it failed to mention a few of the bugs and annoyances that I have noticed in the app. For instance, many times when I go to a link to a wall post or picture from my notifications tab at the top of the app, the "like" button that should be underneath each comment so that I could like individual comments on a post is not there. The only way I can get it to appear is by taking the long way around by going to the persons profile and finding the photo of post in question and opening it there instead of the shortcut from my notifications. Also related to this error is the many times the "comment" button is missing in these same types of situations so I am able to type, but not able to actually comment on a photo or post. This is also fixed by taking the long way around to find the post or photo but it is extremely annoying.
One other annoyance I found is that I was unable to find any way to create a new event of a new group by using the Facebook app. I had to go to the browser type Facebook in order to do either of these functions. Lastly, when I did get a new group or event created and went back to try to edit them in the app, I found no way to make any changes to any groups or events even if I was the creator of them.
Other than that, I thought this was a great review but I don't see how you could have missed a problem that I experience almost every time I use the app. Maybe it's just happening to me...

I still find many of the old glitchiness to remain. A lot of stalling and hanging. A new problem, when I type a status update or comment in someone else's using the split, undocked iPad keyboard the SEND button disappears. I have to dock the virtual keyboard and most of the time it reappears.
