Bit of long shot, but need help getting some photos off an old camera my late father left behind. Unfort it's not got removeable media

It's a crappy Benq 1300 camera / web cam that only has flaky XP drivers and software. I've tried getting to the info via Parallels and XP, but no luck - just doesnt see the camera in XP altho parallels acknowledges there's a Benq camera there

Would love to have a way via my Lion Macbook to get to the data but struggling for answers. Tried this Macam software which only enabled the camera as a webcam but didnt allow me to get to the existing pics
