With this new version, I'm finally able to print from the iPad to our Xerox 5500 workgroup printer; duplex as well! Thanks Ecamm. Worth every penny.

Wow - these new workflow applets really enhance an already great product. Love the "Send to Photoshop" functionality :)

This is what AirPrint should have been like from day one. Apple dropped really the ball.

I'm a fan of Printopia and agree this is what iOS AirPrint should have been. Version 2.1.5 is a great improvement.

Absolutely fabulous! Easy, fast, non invasive and it works just as described.

AirPrint, by netputing.com does much of the same. It's "donation ware". It works great on my home network. Prints from my iPad and iPhone to my old trusty HP 8150 printer.

I'm surprised it's not in the App Store, it always makes me a bit suspicious when apps are only available outside the App Store...

Why? The App Store is fairly new, where did you buy your applications before? I would say that the immense majority of software installed on my Mac is by far software that did not come from the App Store. As a matter of fact, only two applications out of dozens are from the App Store.

The opening salvo in the FUD campaign to herd everyone onto the Mac App Store?

Printopia can't be in the App Store simply because it isn't an "app", it's a Preferences Panel. Apple only allows apps in the App Store.

I have an Epson R300 connected to the USB on my Time Capsule. It's not supported by AirPrint and it looks like Printopia won't work because the printer isn't connected directly to my computer. :-(

AirPrint Activator lets you share your Mac's connected printers via AirPrint, but it doesn't offer any of Printopia's many other useful features.

Apple doesn't allow System Preference panes in the Mac App Store. Some of the Mac App Store's (many) other restrictions might preclude Printopia, as well.
