I'm very curious to see where this leads. Apple created the agency model because it was the only way to break Amazon's stranglehold on the ebook market. I don't really understand how that can be an anti trust violation. Is it because they got most publishers to agree which forced Amazon to go along?

They should investigate the New York Big 6 for gouging the public with high prices on e-books. $15 for something that doesn't require paper, physical storage space, distribution, remainders, printing, and a host of other hardback/paperback services? Seriously?
