Best office app for Dropbox

Im after an office app for excel, word and powerpoint.

Excel needs to be able to import all the very complex formulas I use and sunc with dropbox. Which is the best one?

Not any good news for you, I purchsed Quickoffice for iPad and it works OK but - it doesn't support complex formulas... but NONE of the Office packages do. Maybe one day we will have the MS Office or clone in a web app. that support all the desktop functions.
