This is good news for Mac users. I wish it was clearer if works like a plug in Aperture and iPhoto like Nik's other software.
*@stonefingers*: From the article it sounds like a minimal amount of features already in iPhoto. Until you use the Nik U-point Control Point tech please hold your comments as it is awesome to just draw around the area you want to edit/adjust without the whole masking bushwah. I wish it had more features than the article mentions and maybe it does but what I see written tells me this is a steal for $20.

This could be really nice if it would support RAW files. If it doesn't, then that would be a deal-killer. The app I have on my iPhone seems to have the same U-Point technology in it as the Viveza plugin I use in Photoshop.

Have you used any of Nik Software's Photoshop plugins? You're response would lead me to believe that you haven't.

for $30 more you get the best - PSE 10.
nothing comes even close to the power and ease of use of PSE.
If Nik software charges $20 for 1% of what PSE abilities, then for 50% they should charge....$100 !
NO!
not nik, not pixelmator, not accorn...should charge more than $10.
$4-$5 this is the price that I MAYBE pay for Nik or pixelmator or acorn.
