Why can't Apple just hit a home run against Google over Android directly and be done with it? Android being open source shouldn't matter if it's written using stolen IP. It's time to stop playing the practice game.

This is all quite temporary. Motos portfolio is old and, so, has no LTE patents. As for "push" what time interval defines it? Every second? Every millisecond? What is human perceptible?
