It's about time OS X's iChat will be able to use the iMessages system with IOS!

Another OS X release already?? It seems the majestic king of the jungle hardly had its time in the spotlight. By the way, a mountain lion, cougar, puma and panther are all the same animal, so technically OS X 10.3 was also a "mountain lion".

I'm curious, without Safari displaying the leading "Http(s)://" how will you know when you're browsing secure as with Facebook, which gives you both options? Are we simply to go by the Safari padlock icon?

I will love AirPlay Mirroring, if Apple releases the Apple TV in Taiwan.
Notifications center? I just bought Growl from the Mac App Store.
I thought Apple will run out of names after Mac OS X Lion, apparently they can still squeeze out some (like Leopard and Snow Leopard)
One last thing, I can't wait to get that new wallpaper.

For the first time in years, I'm disappointed. There isn't a feature mentioned that interests me. To me, this looks more like a system update than a new version.

Apple hasn't said. That would be my guess, but I can't say for sure. AirPlay Mirroring will require more recent hardware, though.

Not for nothing, but you can already SMS text any smartphone or cell phone (not just iOS devices) for FREE from any laptop or desktop computer using Google Voice.

Just this morning I wrote the following to my facebook:

Outside of the US, every design company dreams on switching to Mac someday but when that (funding is available) day comes, they just stay with PC because their key artists/designers have never ever used a Mac before in their lives.

Couple that with Adobe's sentiment towards the Mac platform, the fact that matter is: Adobe CS3, CS4, CS5, or later are ALL released on PC first and all of them (except for CS3) runs much faster and more stable than their Mac versions.

I'm still surprised why every US Designers still prefer Macs for their professional work machine that actually brings cash flow into their pockets, knowingly that Apple's Mac OS X Lion (A.K.A Dumb-Ass) is a clear indication that Apple has clearly deserted them with all the new features that NONE are meant for any professional work.

Still no 4K RAW native support for any versions of Final Cut Pro? Just because I need Premier Pro & After Effects, that doesn't mean I need a Mac with Mac OS X Lion.

Snow Leopard users can only get stuck in the past, savoring the moment of great computing experience only until Apple decided to stop allowing 2012 Macs to run Snow Leopard just like it did with 2011 Macbook Air.

We hope we shall never ever have to buy future Macbook Pros and specifically ask the genius bar to help us remove Mac OS X so we can run Windows 7/8 or Linux exclusively.


Was I excited to hear about Mountain Lion's 2012 release, I still see no native 4K RAW support on FCP.

I'm excited that Apple makes friends with China as I love both the US and China.

Im glad data sharing between Mac & iOS is improved.

But I'm afraid there's no mention of Safari for Mac & PC will once again become the fastest browser on the planet.

With such frequent OS release cycle, I'm afraid my next notebook is not a Mac.

AirPlay mirroring would be nice if it will work with a separate AppleTV box (work with any TV attached to the box). If it is only going to work with a currently unannounced Apple TV display, then that would be disappointing but not surprising.

Well, they might want to make the padlock icon more prominent then, instead of the microscopic one in the very top right corner that's there now, LOL.
