Down with fake leather! Boo! Hiss! iCal's fake leather doesn't just look like leather, it looks like bad fake leather, something from a cheesy cardboard desk blotter in a bargain bin at an office supply store. Yuck! Who thought this was a good idea?

While I admit that deleting the location-based reminders from OS X on a desktop computer is probably a smart choice, I can see the usefulness of being able to at least set up those reminders on my iMac and having them sync to my iPhone instead of having to type them out on the small device every time. Maybe that functionality will come in a future update to Mountain Lion.

I always have my iPhone with me. It has Bluetooth that can connect to the Mac. How about if Apple took advantage of that for location status?

Are there any options for arranging notes, such as by title?

Can reminders be arranged by title or manually arranged? The lack of arrangement options for reminders is why I have stopped using the Reninders app on the iPhone, despite Apple calling it "The best way to do to-dos." ... Sure, whatever ....

There are times when I need to share a reminder with my wife (or vice versa) — namely a Grocery list. Number one, is there a way to do this on iOS 5 with the new iPhones? Number two, can you do this with the new Mac version to an iPhone?

log into your iCloud, go to your calendar, find notice your grocery list 'calendar' on the left side? there is a little circular 'share' button, click it, type in your Wife's @me and share it. You both can update and view it.

Pro tip: disable email notifications so you don't get an email every time you add OJ to the list

Also: The syncing isn't instantaneous, so if you add something on your iPhone, it may take some time before it syncs to iCloud or your Wife's iPhone. Why? I have no idea...

Why not enable location based reminders? Supposedly more of us are using laptops than desktops, and I carry mine back and forth to work each day — far enough to make location reminders useful.

But considering that they didn't even enable it on the iPad (grr), that's just wishful thinking on my part.

So what will happen to your "reminders" that you set up in iCal previously? Will the upgrade transfer them over to the Reminders app?

No idea if it's there, but it'd be great if Apple let you group notes into collections; for example, one collection could be "meeting notes", another could be "brainstorming," etc...

I still can't figure out why Apple does not integrate calendar with contacts. e.g. In Calendar, create an event and link it to a contact's phone, address, etc. or e.g.2. In Contacts, select a contact and create a meeting with that contact. Am I missing something?????
