Some more than others. Apple is getting a lot of press about it because in the last year or so they've been on a rampage with the lawsuits. So it's little surprise that companies are fighting back with whatever means they have. What's good for the goose, and all of that.

Also worth noting that motorola is one of the most sue happy companies in the world and that they are super aggressive with there lawsuits.

That may be true but lets not play coy here. Apple already had pending lawsuits against HTC, and Samsung. In all likelihood Motorola was going to be next, and they just preempted Apple.
