I wish I could listen to the videos of Dan Frakes. I am an oldster and as I am absorbing one sentence, the next one leaps upon me. Please, Dan, can you slow down! Or perhaps there is an application to change tempo? (*_*)

Maybe he's moving just a hair faster than average, but, there is a pause button on the video, so one can try out what has been said right-away; and there is a transcript below the video.

Check out Amazing Slow Downer, a music program that slows recorded info without affecting the pitch. You can even loop individual sentences or phrases over and over! (FWIW, I'm an oldster as well and think Dan's videos are among the best around -- but like you say, he does talk a bit fast. ASD will fix you right up!)

I found the video was a treasure-trove of ideas, and I've been using LaunchBar for years. I had no idea about the clipboard history; I discovered that you have to enable it in Preferences. But I'm baffled as to how Dan got this feature to display and paste individual words from the clip. He gives absolutely no clue as to how this is done. I tried replaying the video and carefully watching the display of the keystrokes that is displayed, but all I saw was right arrow, and for me, that does nothing when pressed with a clip selected. Dan, can you elucidate?
