How to delete apps from iPhone

Hi! Please help, how do I delete unnecessary apps from an iPhone? :huh:

The stock apps cannot be deleted.
Apps added to the iPhone can be deleted by entering the "arrange" mode (putting your finger down on any single app icon for a couple of seconds) and then tapping the X that appears in the corner of any app's icon to remove it.

Apple apps that were the original ones on the phone cannot be deleted. And if you are jailbroken and downloaded any apps, packages, etc you will have to go to cydia -> manage -> packages -> click on something you want to uninstall and hit modify -> uninstall.

have you tried to do that on itunes?
