Walked in to best Buy at 10:00 am, 8 people in line all friendly, got my iPad HD in 10 minutes no stress or hassle just the way it's supposed to be.

In the San Francisco store picture, that's not the Genius Bar. That's just an iPad table. If the photographer had looked across from here he/she was standing they would have seen the Genius Bar. I thought this was MacWorld.

Heheh, only line I had to deal with is the one that I signed my name on that the Fedex guy's signature pad contained.
While I'm not blow over by the new iPad, I'm not sorry I bought it. One thing that surprised me a little was the accuracy of the dictation, and the speed. In real life, it performs faster than it did on the keynote. Very nice. The screen res is negligible in some things, absolutely WOW in others. Camera upgrade could have been better, and would love a flash for the lens, but it's still mountains higher in quality than the 2nd gen. The back does get warm but not annoyingly so. Everything else is as great as the 2nd gen was.

While I am a total Apple fanboy and all, this is ridiculous to say the least. I mean, I understand standing in line or sleeping the night outside to get tickets because when those run out, they run out. But here, I really don't see the point. You get your device a day or two or thirty later, so what? (Except if you're getting it for someone's birthday or something...)
