I am looking for a way to save emails and other documents on my iPad as a PDF. Ideally I would like to be able to save the PDFs I create to DevonThinkToGo, Evernote, and Dropbox.

Is there a way to do this?

For PDF files open them in the email and then at the top right corner you will see ""Open in iBooks"". When you select that not only will the document open in iBooks it will also store the doc in the PDF section of iBooks for later. Same is true for Keynote, Pages, and Numbers (or PowerPoint, Word, and Excel which are converted when opened) if you have the iPad versions of Keynote, Pages and Numbers. The best solution I've seen for this is GoodReader. I just bought it yesterday at a $0.99 introductory price, and it's by far the best PDF reader I've used (with the ability to import from email, web, and your computer). There are also some free ones floating around out there if you don't want to spend anything, but they're not going to be as good or feature-full.
