Keychain Problems restricted access to items.

I recently started getting the following when I attempted to retrieve a password from my keychain file: "Access to this item is restricted." This is the popup I get to every thing I try to recover from Keychain! In effect my keychain app is useless. Any suggestions? :unsure:

What does it say specifically, is it a permissions issue? Does it say you do not have permissions to use this or that? If so you just need to change the permissions. If you don't know how to change permissions look in the apple forums, or google it.
