Request: A review comparing Yojimbo, Evernote, etc.

I'd love to read a comparison of the various information management apps available for the Mac.

Yes, you have individual reviews of some of these apps, but they don't compare them.

The apps I'd like to see compared include:

What I want is an app that will let me stop dealing with paper. I get tons of paper like bank statements, utility bills, tax assessments, etc. I want to store the information, but I'd like to store it digitally, and throw away the paper. I already have the option to get most of these documents as PDFs. I want an app that will act like a smart bucket, let me dump all those PDFs into it, and index the content. Then, if I need to look up my brokerage statements from 6 months ago, make it easy to quickly find that information.

If there are several apps that can do what I want, I would gladly pay $25 for a good comparative review.
