speechmike pro speechmike pro does not work with macs

May 2012 issue reviewed speech mike pro LFH3200. However, I checked their website and it is not compatible with Mac OS. This should have been mentioned in your review!

As stated in the first paragraph of the review online, Philips recently released Mac OS X software for their SpeechMike Pro LFH3200. We also linked to where you can download the Mac driver; the link goes here:

The review also has a screenshot of the Mac software working with the SpeechMike Pro. This is not a company-supplied screenshot, this is a screenshot taken by the reviewer.

You are correct in that the SpeechMike Pro website does not state Mac compatibility. Why Philips has not updated their product page, we don't know. If you do not want to purchase a product because the company doesn't explicitly state Mac compatibility, that's certainly a decision for you to make. I understand. But we will not review a product that does not work with a Mac, and the SpeechMike Pro was reviewed with a Mac.
