I am not happy with Epson service. When my Epson laser printer had trouble with the paper tray, they insisted on charging $300 just to look at it. I will never buy a Epson product again.

Could you elaborate on the wireless push-to-scan set up issues? I've been able to set this up on two other Epson WP printers (635, 840), but still can't get our WP-4530 configured at my office. Epson tech support is anything but -- they keep stating wireless push-to-scan won't work on a Mac.
