Considering Valve had job openings for hardware developers, maybe Cook is looking for a new hobby? The iPippin?

"A noted French designer isn't working on a project for Apple..."
Touch wood and hope he isn't! OK, I know that's just a personal therefore (possibly) subjective opinion.

When does the DOJ go after Apple for trying to "fix" the number of TV shows a service can claim by only counting the titles themselves and not each individual episode. This could severely limit Amazon's marketing efforts and ultimately impact consumers.

I think Dan's confusing a Series with a Show. If one can count a 30 minute Peanuts special as a show, then an hour long episode of Parenthood counts too.

Yeah, it can be confusing, "Fringe is a great show" , "Did you watch last night's show (rather than episode, which I prefer)"
I think of a series as one with limited chapters/episodes, as in any of Ken Burns' productions, or the Sherlock Holmes on PBS, (not counting those that are limited because they got cancelled

Does it do ANYTHING other than stroke Starck's ego?
Who benefits from this information?
