Isn't the Search box highlight key combination Command-Option-F?

Here is my question: Why is iTunes so unstable?! The program is very unstable and really needs work.

It's very difficult to spot the questions at a glance in reading this column. I think you need to put them in a bold face or make them pop more in some other way.

Appreciate the feedback. The questions are in italics, but I agree they aren't as easy to see as they could be. I just added 'Q:' before each question to see how that looks. Does that help?

I have an iTunes question :)

Is it possible to get iTunes to group certain songs together so that in Shuffle they are always played together? Certain tracks on albums by the likes of Alan Parsons, ELO and Pink Floyd just don't work properly unless they are played together.

What I'd really like is a button (on the iPod mainly) called something like "Continue Album"... Which, when pressed in Shuffle mode, would take you out of shuffle and carry on playing the rest of the album from the current track :)

Shuffle's great, but sometimes albums are great too. I know there's a Shuffle Albums option, but sometimes you want to jump into albums halfway through shuffle....

How about creating a smart playlist of the 100 most recent additions to your library that isn't dependent on a fixed date range?

It's exactly that - the last 100 most recent additions...

iTunes has a Recently Added smart playlist by default, along with Recently Played.

Is there a way to ONLY download the HD version of a TV show and not the SD? And I also have a list of stuff I started to download but I realized I do not want it, is there a way to clear that instead of iTunes telling me to always download it to get rid of it after it's done?

Check "Limit to [100] items selected by [most recently added]"

Or was that in answer to someone else's question? :)

Over the last several months I've upgraded my iMac OS but am limited by hardware to running Snow Leopard. But at the end of it all, many of the songs in my playlists on my iTouch appear as they always have but many of them don't play -- even though they play on my iMac. How do I get them to play again on my iTouch?

Hi,
Twice My Hard drive has failed on my mid 2007 iMac 24. Both times all my music was on my backup drive but all my FOLDERS & PLAYLIST were not return. Yesterday, (after 7 days), I finishes creating all of my iTunes filing system. I need to know the correct way of backing up & restoring my Music (11,364 Songs from records), Books (6652 Book files), Folders, & Playlists so I can restore them.

Thank You,

Richard C. Anderson
