I much earlier gave up on Outlook because of repeated corrupted databases. I could get no support and gave it up. Never such problems with Entourage over the years. I was hoping a future Service Pack would make it usable, but this obviously isn't it.

Mac BU is such a joke. That whole group really needs to be infused with some real vision and some real talent.

It blows my mind that they can issue updates for Windows and Office successfully, yet they bomb on this. What? There's three configurations for Mac, and the last two don't count!

For myself, this update did work. I followed the warnings on Macworld, and did back up my profile (Thank you Mr. Breen). Everything went off without a hitch, and it did correct the Thunderbolt/Activation conflict (a truly contemptible abomination).

The day Micro$oft makes something that doesn't suck, is the day they start making vacuum cleaners.

Hilarious, though not strictly accurate. I was, however, glad to see "Clippy," the animated paper clip, disappear.

There are facts that belie the insult but I got to say, "Now that is FUNNY!!!"

While I truly appreciate Microsoft's software, they really should be ashamed of themselves as this has been plaguing the product since it was released. This is now the fourth or fifth time I have had to redo my databases. Very frustrating - someone or some team should definitely be fired.
