OR you can use CX and get 10GB of FREE storage. 2GB is almost worthless.

How about putting version numbers in an article like this.
The Dropbox website still shows 1.2.52 for Mac which doesn't seem to have these features.... or does it?

Yeah, I'm not seeing an update for the Mac desktop client or the iOS app. Is this supposed to be coming soon or is this rolling out today?

um...
"Part of the new approach involved building a robust viewing Web app.."
not sure why the desktop software would need to be updated anyway.

Does the new version let you flag folders as "favorites" for automatic syncing or is it limited to files only still?

Well, I'm on the 1.2.52 and I think I've been able to get a sharing link to anyone since a quite some time... I think I got it through the nightly builds though. Pretty happy this feature is going mainstream, as it definitely rocks. I love Dropbox, it's a great service.

I had this feature long before this version of Dropbox came out, and I've never installed a nightly build in my life. I'm totally flummoxed by all the reports that it's a new feature, since I've been doing it since I was using the service.
