GREAT tip! I love this so much better than the delay, especially with full screen apps.

Hmmm... I'm also trying to figure out how to make the delay longer. I keep my dock on the left, also some of my desktop files are parked close to it. So I fly my cursor left and try to click on the file, and instead the dock pops open and I launch some software I don;t need.

If anyone can tell me how to extend the delay by - say - 666 milliseconds then I would be forever in your debt ... I'd put a bronze statue of you on my front lawn, and hold annual toga parties in your honor.

Maybe try changing the "0" after -float to another number for the seconds you want it delayed?

Is there a similar way to get hot corners to delay, particularly one for Mission Control? It seems like every time I mouse near that corner BOOM.

Hello Folks,

First time on this site and I have a question. When you FullScreen and App it seems the MenuBar AutoHide also has a delay. Anyway of changing this like for the Dock. I personally didn't like the Dock delay and love not having.

Any advice would help.

The delay was annoying to me. I mean I would have lived fine without it, but i'm making use of it now that I have the info! I read this article a while ago and saved it, just never got around to actually completing the command. Took all of two seconds to complete. Thanks for the tip!
