Here's my problem with Google Drive. If something goes amiss (you swap to a new drive for example), it gets confused and upset, telling you that it's not the original folder it started with, forcing you to log out, delete the contents of the folder (you better hope you synced before this happened), and start over, redownloading everything. Dropbox just figures this out.

(Skydrive I'm still ignoring because I don't want an omnipresent dock icon. We're not back in 2001.)
