Decent audio quality. The GoPro, of course.

The low-light comparison is not accurate because the GoPro was oriented so as to crop out the sky (mostly) which allowed it's iris to open up more, giving a better exposure of the roadway. The AirPro was oriented so that half the shot was sky, causing it's iris to close down to try an get a good exposure of the sky. But this caused it to underexpose the street. Another comparison with BOTH cameras oriented with the sky cropped out would be a better test.

What Rusty said: The "low-light" test that you posted is not relevant. The cameras are auto-exposing, and the Ion includes lots of sky which will make the foreground dark (so as to not blow out the sky). The GoPro shots have very little sky and thus the foreground is much brighter. If you included the sky in these shots, it would either be purely blown out and white, or the Hero would adjust and the foreground would be much darker, like the Ion shots.
The audio on the Ion didn't sound great, but then again that was a pretty cruddy shift. Maybe you could adjust that rear derailleur of yours ;-)

The increase in bike noise with the Air Pro probably comes from it being mounted on the handlebars. The other two were insulated from sound conduction from the bike by being mounted on the rider. Try switching off the positions of the cams before assessing the sound quality.
