It's easily one of my most-used apps.

I just saved this article to Instapaper!

Instapaper is one of the major reasons I bought one of the new iPads. Apple should be giving its developer a hefty monthly stipend.

Well, I use Instapaper quite a lot (with a subscription).

But Search function is far from perfect. Actually, it doesn't work for me. Even if I see the search string in my list of Instapaper articles, search box returns "No results".

It's nice that automatic concatenation of multi-page articles is now an option, but it's far from worry-free.

I find it works on about half the sites I frequent that have multi-page articles. Sometimes Safari Reader will stitch articles together where Instapaper fails, then the results can be sent to Instapaper. Sometimes I just use Reading List instead.

It's not an easy feature to make work universally, I understand. But it's important to point out it doesn't work universally.

Nice article, I'd written a little piece on how folder management could be streamlined:

Agree about instapaper.
I use Hootsuite. The problem is I have to send the tweets to Instapaper, can not send the URLs in the tweets, which point to the actual articles. Does Tweetbot solve the issue?
Thanks

I wonder what's different between instapaper and pocket. I use pocket every day. Every feature described here seems to be able to find a corresponding one in pocket, but it's free!

I think it would be helpful to expand on why Instapaper is still relevant, now that Safari and iOS support their own Reading List feature. I'm not suggesting that Instapaper isn't still helpful, but that it may not be obvious what it offers above and beyond.

I'm not happy with Instapaper anymore. I am trying to break a virtual tie between Readability and Pocket. I'm am not sure why Instapaper annoys me--it looks strange compared to the others now.
