I've been podcasting using my imac and garageband for a little over a year now and still feel like I've got a lot to learn. I'm curious, is there a way to use my ipad as a garageband remote? For instance, to monitor levels. Any info would be great. I record a show, The Two-Headed Nerd Comicast (shameless plug) with a cohost and try to ride the faders while speaking. Glancing over my shoulder to my imac monitor while trying to monitor my own audio levels can cause problems and it sure would be neat if I could just prop my ipad up infront of my mixer. Any suggestions or info welcomed.
