My computer crashed. So I rebooted it and reinstalled my iTunes. But I found that all my movies have gone. What shall I do? Do I have to download them again? But I purchased all of them! Should I have to purchase again? Any help would be great!

I suspect you're using some words to mean different things than they normally do. Typically a crash - while unpleasant - would be a relatively minor event that wouldn't entail the need to reinstall an application. What happened that led you to reinstall iTunes? Do you have a backup? Are your movies still on your hard drive?

Truly you would have to back up your media library before reinstalling iTunes. Anyway now try to Backup the device to the new installation or recover any other media using third party tools or by using softwares.
