I need to pick your brains since Apple support is helpless as usual when ever I contact them. My iTunes froze up while downloading an album from the iTunes store . Have tried force quit, rebooting, just about every thing I can and it is still frozen and has been for 2 days now. Any help or suggestions as a fix would be greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance for comments fixes.

You need to explain what's actually happening in more detail, because the simple reality is that iTunes can't "still" be frozen after a force quit or a reboot. So starting from a fresh boot or login, step by step: What's happening? What is the machine doing without your intervention? What are you doing? How is the machine responding to what you're doing and how does it deviate from what you expect?
