Oi! What's with the social BS pop-up?

In addition to viewing a page on your site, your visitors now have the pleasure and delight of stopping in the middle of viewing a page in order to dismiss an annoying window that is covering up the content -- and we get to do it on every single story we read!

Thanks. I just simply cannot get enough of intrusive, useless junk.

I agree about the pop-up! Here, for years, we have had available the ability to suppress pop-ups and you are now adding them to your screens! Please, at least, give us a choice!

I would like to add my hatred for for all popups! How many times do I have to look at and close that porsche ad? It is so annoying I am starting to question whether I want to read Macworld articles anymore.

I've found the Facebook Blocker extension to be helpful.

I too really hate these useless pop up adds. I make it a point to NEVER support any company that would use pop ups. Make them go away or loose another customer.

One reason I signed up for MacWorld Insider was TO BLOCK ADS. Even though I have ads disabled on my iPad, suddenly Logitech pop-up ads are appearing. Isn't this a violation of my Insider subscription, which promised the ability to disable ads?
