After update 10.7.4 my MacBook Pro doesn't boot Boot problem

I have a problem that i installed FIPS (https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1518)
and then i update the system to 10.7.4 , so i need to remove it to make my MacBook Pro boot again ;
but i have 2 problems now. first when i login in Safe Boot i don`t have time , as only for 2 min and my mac shut down automatically.
second i can`t find
/usr/sbin/fips
/System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.fipspost.plist
in the Macintosh HD to remove
what i should do ?????
