I need to change boot settings to boot first from USB then HD , Because my boot system is damaged
and i need to reinstall new Mac OS X lion from my flash usb
How can i open and change boot settings ???

Preferences > Startup Disk.
or you could just stick the USB in and reboot.... @chime hold the <option> key down. a list of bootable drives will magically appear ( it's slow tho) so you can choose.
then again, Diskwarrior would prolly fix it without a reinstall..
old windows habits die hard I guess.
